Who are we?

ResRequest™ is a business management tool for boutique safari lodges and hotels. We are a Central Reservations and Property Management System, with integrated CRM and Financial Management functionality and excellent reporting.

Our software helps properties run their operations, make sales, manage guests and report on business statistics. Our clients need an application that is accessible on the cloud but is not solely dependent on an internet connection.

We also enable our clients to leverage their availability and give Agents access to their stock and rates through ResConnect: our product which provides a connection between our clients and their Tour Operators, Agents and online Booking Channels.

We support over 450 of the finest properties; spanning 14 countries around the globe with more than 1000 users accessing our servers daily.
