As we say goodbye to 2022 and hello to 2023, we can’t help but feel hopeful for a brighter future. And we promise to keep bringing our A-game when it comes to providing top-notch products, service, and support.

It’s no secret that we absolutely adore meeting with our customers in person. And this year, we were lucky enough to do just that at a bunch of amazing conferences and events. From Indaba and WTM Africa to KiliFair and RevTech, we had a blast connecting with all of you and building those all-important business relationships. Plus, we can’t forget about MKTE, S!TE, and WTM London! Phew, what a busy year it’s been.
But don’t worry, we’re not done yet! We hope to see even more of you at future conferences and events in 2023. In the meantime, check out these photos that capture some of our favorite memories from this year. Can’t wait to make more in 2023!
Woo hoo! Tourism was back this year and we hit the ground running (or rather, the skies)! Our training team was vaccinated and pumped up on caffeine, so we couldn’t resist the urge to dust off ResRover and take it to the air.
And boy, were we in for a treat! From beautiful beaches to stunning mountain ranges, we had the opportunity to visit some truly breathtaking places. Want to see for yourself? Check out these highlights from our onsite trips. Trust us, you won’t want to miss out on these amazing views.
Attention all superhero fans, get ready to meet some of our newest team members! We recently onboarded some awesome new staff for new departments we launched, like our POS and Professional Services departments. We can assure you, these guys and gals are not messing around. They’ve got some serious superpowers that you’re sure to see in action soon (if you haven’t already).

Our People, Our Community
It’s no secret that the past few years have been tough. From dealing with unexpected challenges to working extra hard as markets rebounded, our Superheroes have had to put in some serious elbow grease.
But as all great superhero teams do, our team adapted. They rose to the occasion and used their incredible superpowers to help us get through these times. That’s why we took some time to recognise their hard work and dedication. We couldn’t have done it without them, and for that, we are eternally grateful.
Here are some of the initiatives we created to acknowledge our amazing Superheroes! Thank you team for all that you do!
Champions of their Workspace
Gone are the days of clapping in the office for a job well done! Now that we work remotely, our team has found a new way to show appreciation – Hi5! That’s right, every week we crown a new Hi5 champion, who gets a treat and a virtual pat on the back from all their coworkers. Next year you will be able to join the fun by using the Hi5 signature in our emails to Hi5 anyone in our team that you loved working with. So don’t be shy, get ready to give those Hi5s freely, and watch as we compete for the ultimate prize: a week’s worth of praise and sugar.
Who says superheroes can’t use a little boost now and then? Here at ResRequest, we know that taking care of our wellness is key to performing at our best and contributing to our customers’ success. That’s why we made it a top priority this year.
From FriYays and after-hours support to pension and personal risk packages, we’ve added and endorsed a bunch of wellness programs to keep our team healthy and happy. And even when mandates kept us apart, we found ways to stay connected virtually and socialise when we could.
We’re always looking for new ways to support and promote our wellness, and we’re excited to share some highlights from our achievements in 2022.
Who doesn’t love a good love story? Here at ResRequest, we definitely do! That’s why we’re thrilled to announce that we’ve added lovebird leave to our maternity and paternity leave policy. Because let’s be real, getting married or celebrating a milestone anniversary is a pretty big deal, and we want to make sure our team has the time and support they need to enjoy it.
And it looks like we’ll be celebrating a lot of love in the near future, with one team member already tying the knot and a few more in the wings. Love is in the air, and we couldn’t be happier! Congrats to all the lovebirds out there.
[CREDIT] One of our favourite parts of this video has to be HeinzAustralia commercial. They are as passionate about falling in love as we are and with many of our team converting to plant-based diets this year (many of whom love Heinz Beans), they were our perfect choice for sharing such exciting news – it’s like a match made in heaven! Keep on spreading the love, Heinz Beans!
Our team got fit, social, and had some fun with our ResFit Clubs! These awesome groups have been going strong in 2022, and we’ve loved every minute of it.
First up, we’ve got the Cliquer Club (where we just click, get it?). These guys have been thrilled to put their skills to the test with weekly photos guided by our certified photographer, Jaco. Trust us, you won’t want to miss their amazing shots.
Next up, we’ve got the Foodies Club. These guys have been making our mouths water with their delicious delights. From decadent desserts to savory snacks, and plenty of questions about new and spoiled food, they’ve got it all covered.
Our ‘Too Inspired To Be Tired’ Walking Club loves nothing more than hitting the great outdoors and counting their steps and kilometers as they share laughs and fitness challenges. Whether they’re seasoned pros or just starting out, they grab their sneakers regularly and start the fun!
And last but not least, we’ve got the Chess Club. These guys have been having a blast flexing those brain muscles. They keep their mind sharp and their problem-solving skills strong, while they socialise and make friends. Plus, it’s portable so they can get their chess fix whenever they want.
