Starterpacks Central Reservations

Reservations are the core of your business – and this module is the core of our system. To manage your Reservations efficiently and effectively – you need the following:

  • Live Availability

    • You can publish your live availability on your website; on your marketing organisation’s website; push it to OTA’s like Booking.com and Expedia and to Specialist Tour Operators using their own systems.
    • You can set how much detail they can see.
    • You can decide whether you want to open your system up to external bookings – or stop at availability.

  • Multiple Currencies

    • Book in USD, pay at the property in KSH.
    • Set your Rates in EUR, and convert Tax Invoices to your GL Currency ZAR.
    • Have Rates in different currencies for different markets.

  • Multiple Properties / Companies / Itineraries

    • Create one booking for multiple properties / itineraries.
    • Properties can be held in different companies – and each company can produce it’s own invoices.

  • Manage Direct Enquiries

    • You can take direct bookings and payments through your system (provided you interface to a payment gateway).

Reservations are the core of your business

  • Track Bookings

    • Know exactly what changes have been made to each booking – when and by whom.
    • Know what information has been emailed from the booking.

  • Booking Activities, Other Accommodation and Lodge Costs (Extras)

    • Produce separate invoices for different services. E.g. 1 invoice for pre-paid Accommodation for a Tour Operator, and 1 invoice for costs incurred at the property for a Guest.

  • Report comprehensively on all Information Captured on a Booking

    • Produce Operational Reports for your properties / suppliers letting them know what has been booked and when.
    • Any information captured on a booking can be reported on at a later stage.
    • Financials.
    • Guest Information / Preferences / Booking Trends.
    • Extra Services.
    • Lodge Costs.
    • Profit Margins.
    • Booking Source.
